Calling All Co-Presenters!

Are you interested in presenting at the VSA conference this year, but seeking inspiration, co-presenters, or the encouragement to submit that proposal?  Then this informal networking webchat is for you!  Some reasons you should consider joining the webchat and/or submit a conference proposal:

• Virtual conference! To enhance access, VSA has been alternating between in-person and virtual conferences each year. This year’s VSA conference is happening VIRTUALLY, July 15-17, 2025. 
• The conference theme encourages participation from all types of professionals. Visitor Studies is sometimes perceived as a niche field.  Whether you consider yourself a visitor studies professional or a user or advocate of visitor studies, your voices are important to exploiting the conference theme, Effective Advocacy for Visitor Studies.
• Find co-presenters and inspiration! Are you looking at the call for proposal and thinking, ‘I might have an idea’ or ‘I have no ideas but am curious about what others may be talking about it’? We will provide some information at the beginning but the rest of the session is space to network, ask questions, and toss around ideas with colleagues.
